Grand County Housing Authority may have the answer! GCHA offers a rehabilitation program for single family, owner occupied homes. If your home needs help, they offer up to $24,999 in assistance, of course some restrictions may apply.
Do you qualify? Here is a list of requirements:
-Your home has to be located in Grand County
-You must have homeowners insurance
-Your home has to be your primary residence
-Your home must have safety and health issues
Some benefits from the program include deferred loans, 0% interest rates, and the income limit is based on family size.
